Speeding tickets for sounding too fast!?

As we all know there are laws we must abide by, such as driving the speed limit. Police officers get payed to pull people over that drive too fast using modern technology such as radars, lasers, and vascar. A driver can also get pulled over by an officers if he or she feels as though you were speeding. In October of 2007, an Ohio police officer claimed he heard a gentlemen speeding behind him. He used his radar gun to determine that he was going 42-46 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour speed zone. The gentlemen was ordered to pay a ticket of $22 and two points on his license, instead he took it to the court system. The officer and the man took it to court and the officer won, but it did not end there. The gentlemen went back to court with a different judge and she accused the officer with false accusations. Two years after, the state payed the court costs and the case was settled. It is extremely ironic that an officer can "hear" someone speeding but can not prove how. The cop explained that he was trained in this field but did not give evidence of where he was trained or who trained him. This is just to warn drivers to be careful of police officers and the speed limit.
